About Me

Joshua Ross is an Associate Vice President of Investments and founding member of Ross Multifamily. He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as an Associate. By 2013, he became one of the top producers nationally as well as locally. Josh’s knowledge and expertise on the tax deferred 1031 exchange process, specifically with multifamily-to-multifamily transactions, has been the foundation of his success. Josh prides himself on his ability to collaborate with a wide spectrum of investors, ranging from individual owners to national institutional firms. 

Josh takes a consultative approach to assess the clients’ current market position which he uses to evaluate the need for a capital event, whether it be refinancing, exchanging, equity recapitalization, cashing out, or simply holding the asset as-is. If the analysis warrants a capital event, Josh and his team work meticulously to develop a comprehensive strategy that will achieve his clients’ investment goals. This includes generating an in-depth marketing package, finding ready, willing, and able buyers and sellers, coordinating inspections, facilitating financing options, reviewing/collecting due diligence material, and maintaining transparent contact every step of the way. 

Originally from upstate New York, Josh graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In February of 2016, Josh, and his wife Sinta, were blessed with a son, Asher, and are enjoying the adventures of becoming first time parents. In his free time Josh enjoys traveling with his family, spending time cruising around town on his “street legal golf-cart”, and watching football. Go Cowboys!!
